The Mistral Clarinet Quartet is a chamber ensemble based in south west London.  Formed in 2005, the ensemble regularly gives recitals, both nationally and internationally, and also plays at a variety of events including weddings, receptions, garden parties and local music festivals. The quartet enjoys ties with Imperial College, providing music for a variety of functions. The quartet usually comprises three clarinets and bass clarinet, but also features basset horn, E flat, alto, and contra-alto clarinets. The quartet is made up of musicians from different backgrounds, their diversity providing an emphasis on many different genres and styles.  Our ever‑growing repertoire spans everything from early music and classical favourites through to 21st century works.  We also have a passion for jazz, klezmer, pop and other light music.
