Haydn Dickenson

Haydn's recording of Peter Feuchtwanger's piano works was Music Chamber's launch release. His playing was described in the music press as  "revelations of supreme pianistic virtuosity".

Haydn Dickenson was born in Hertfordshire where he still lives, dividing his time with the Languedoc region of France. He studied as a child with Dorothy Schneider and later took lessons with Isabel Beyer and Guy Jonson. Haydn’s repertoire embraces music from Baroque to Contemporary works. He is passionate about promoting lesser known works of established composers, as well as many that are under-exposed. Haydn is also a fantastic painter, see his works for sale at his website.

During the 1990’s Haydn studied with the renowned pianist, teacher, and composer Peter Feuchtwanger, who became his principal influence and mentor. Listen to Haydn being interviewed about the making of 'East' on Internet Radio. More can be read about his music at his myspace page.
